Frank
Pass (MDiv, ThM, The Master’s Seminary)
has a Master of Theology degree in New Testament. Frank
serves as the director of Berachah Bible Institute and
teaches hermeneutics, Greek, and other courses related
to the New Testament. He taught for 5 years at Novosibirsk
Biblical Theological Seminary in Novosibirsk, Siberia and
presently serves part time with The Master’s Academy
International. He and his wife, Carol, have 4 children:

Matt
Neal (MDiv, ThM, The Master’s Seminary)
has a Master of Theology degree in Old Testament, and teaches
Hebrew and other courses related to the Old Testament.
Matt also has an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering
from Georgia Tech. He works full time at Chick-fil-a. He
and his wife, Donnah, have 6 children: Hannah, Susannah,
Willem, Christian Matthew, Annaliese, and Isaiah. You can

Justin
Culbertson (MDiv, The Master’s Seminary)
has served as Associate Pastor of Worship and Discipleship
at Berachah Bible Church since 2002 and teaches courses
on worship and exposition of individual Bible books. He
has a Bachelor of Theology degree from Hardin-Simmons University
in Abilene, Texas. He and his wife, Brook, have 3 children:

Dr.
Howard Dial (MDiv, ThM Grace Theological Seminary;
DMin Western Conservative Baptist Seminary) has a Doctor
of Ministry degree from Western Conservative Baptist Seminary
and teaches theology and pastoral ministry classes. Howard
has pastored Berachah Bible Church for over 35 years and
taught in various theological institutions around the world.
He and his wife, Beth, have 2 grown children, Eric and
