Justin Culbertson, Senior Pastor
Justin was born and raised in the suburbs of Dallas, Texas. He married Brook in 1997 while they were both students at Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, TX. After completing his bachelor’s degree in Theology, Justin enrolled at The Master’s Seminary where he graduated with a M.Div. in 2002. It was then that God opened up the door for him to move to Georgia and begin serving at Berachah as Associate Pastor of Worship and Discipleship. Justin and Brook now have four young children: Cali, Carson, Katie, and Kara. Justin’s other interests include reading, athletics, and woodworking.
Dr. Howard E. Dial, Pastor Emeritus
Howard E. Dial grew up in the Atlanta area. He received his B.A. in Biblical Education from Columbia Bible College in 1963, his M.Div. and Th.M. degrees from Grace Theological Seminary in Winona Lake, Indiana. Prior to coming to Berachah, Howard pastored the McNeely Memorial Church in Lewisburg, Indiana and served as the Academic Dean at Carver Bible Institute and College. He has studied at the Institute of Holy Land Studies in Jerusalem and has received the Doctor of Ministry degree from Western Conservative Baptist Seminary in Portland, Oregon. Our pastor and his wife, Beth, live in the Fayetteville area and have two grown children, Miriam and Eric, and six grandchildren.
Wade Grubbs, Associate Pastor (Students & Worship)
Wade was born and raised in northeast Texas. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University where he received his B.A. in Speech Communications. In 2003 he married his bride Natali and then enrolled at the Master’s Seminary where he graduated with a M.Div. in 2007. Wade began serving at Berachah as Associate Pastor of Students and Worship in 2007. He and his wife Natalie have three children, Lawson, Fletcher, and Ruthie.
Frank Pass, Associate Pastor (Christian Education)
Frank grew up in Fayetteville, Georgia. After graduating from Georgia Tech, he worked as an engineer for Georgia Power Company for 12 years. He left Georgia Power in 1996 to study at the Master's Seminary, where he completed a Master of Theology degree in New Testament. He taught for 5 years at Novosibirsk Biblical Theological Seminary in Novosibirsk, Siberia. He now serves as the director of Berachah Bible Institute, oversees the church library, and helps lead the World Missions Team and adult Sunday School. He also serves part time with The Master’s Academy International (www.tmai.org). Frank and Carol were married in 1984 and have 4 children: Jaclyn, Rachel, Luke, and Frances.
